1、 Overview:

2、 Type:
1. The fan mechanism is single suction, with 7 machine numbers including No.3.15, 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, and 12.5.
2. The ventilation fan can be made in two types: right rotation and left rotation. Looking at the fan from the transmission group, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, represented by 'right', and counterclockwise rotation is called left rotation, represented by 'left'.
The position of the air outlet of the fan is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing Both left and right can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.


3、 Structure:
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, etc.
1. Impeller: There are 10 backward inclined circular arc-shaped blades welded between the conical cover and the flat disc. After dynamic and static balance correction, the operation is stable.
2. Shell: Welded into a snail shaped whole with ordinary steel plates.
3. Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing is an integral structure. Using rolling bearings and lubricating grease.
